Tidewater Multifamily Housing Council

The Tidewater Multifamily Housing Council meets the needs of its more than 75 member firms through a variety of programs, focusing on such topics as marketing/leasing techniques, maintenance strategies, landlord tenant and fair housing laws. The council also offers an awards program and the Registered in Apartment Management certification program.

Some of the activities to look forward to in 2018 include: The VRLTA Seminar April 19; TMHC Olympics April 27; and Awards of Excellence Celebration July 19.

Membership dues are $75 for associate members and $1.25 per rental unit for owner/manager members (with a minimum fee of $75 and a maximum of $3,000). Council dues are in addition to the annual TBA dues.

Building & Remodeling Industry Council

The Tidewater Builders Association Building & Remodeling Industry Council (BRIC) was formed to meet the professional needs of members who are involved in construction and remodeling industries. Council meetings are held at 5 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month (except for June, July and August) and are sponsored by members who provide information on products, services and educational topics.  The meetings are ideal settings for members to discuss issues they are facing and share helpful information.

All TBA members are welcome to attend these free meetings.
