Spring Homearama kicks off Memorial Day weekend in Virginia Beach’s Eagle’s Nest community

Let your imagination soar at Tidewater Builders Association’s Spring Homearama May 28-June 12 in Virginia Beach’s Eagle’s Nest community. Nine fully furnished and landscaped custom homes and an Idea Marketplace will inspire you to “feather your nest in style” in this up-and-coming southern Virginia Beach neighborhood.

If you’re one of those still wanting to take advantage of this buyer’s market, you won’t want to wait as seven of the nine homes have already found buyers. The homes range from 2,600 to 4,400 square feet and are priced from the low $500,000s, according to TBA President Bill Halprin. The event marks a return to traditional style Homearama homes, featuring pools and large lots, he added.

“We’re excited about again showing people the innovations available in today’s homes during the spring home-selling season,” Halprin added. “In fact, it’s still a great time to buy a home, especially for buyers who want to take advantage of today’s low interest rates, which increases affordability.

“Those who are literally looking to feather their nests will be glad to know the Homearama furnishings will be for sale throughout the event. A price list will be available in each home for those who are interested,” said Halprin.

About the development

It’s located in the new Kellam High School district and is less than a mile from The Signature at West Neck golf course.

“Eagle’s Nest is one of the few new-custom home developments available in Virginia Beach,” said Robert Zirpoli, developer, West Neck Properties Inc.
