Amidon named to board of Home and Garden Show Executives International

Sandra Amidon, Staff Vice President of Membership, Events and Marketing at Tidewater Builders Association, was recently elected to serve on the board of directors of Home & Garden Show Executives International (HGSEI).

HGSEI was formed in 1955 to promote continued excellence and professionalism in home and garden shows. Its members represent over 30 events annually throughout the country, as well as Canada, England and New Zealand. The shows are designed to provide exhibitors with cost-effective sales and marketing opportunities through person-to-person contact.

Amidon has been at TBA for more than 30 years and produces the annual Virginia Home & Flower Show at the Virginia Beach Convention Center, now in its 25th year, and the annual Homearama showcase of homes, now in its 28th year.
