Virginia Attains National Recognition, Garners Award

During January’s National Association of Home Builders Convention in Orlando, Florida, NAHB BUILD-PAC Trustees presented HBAV with a third place award for efforts in raising over $30,000 for NAHB BUILD-PAC during a September 2004 golf tournament at Massanutten Resort.  The NAHB BUILD-PAC Trustees also commended Virginia BUILD-PAC Trustees, Vince Napolitano and Ben Graham, and Trustee Alternates, Mak Koebig and Randy Williams, for having the second highest number of members participating in the Gold Key Club.  Congratulations!

NAHB Mold Resources Available Online

The National Association of Home Builders has conveniently placed on their website “A Builder’s Guide to Handling Mold Claims and Mitigation”, a resource which discusses mold prevention, discovery of mold, mold remediation, and potential litigation, as well as other useful information.  For educational purposes, the document also includes a sample notice, disclosure and disclaimer agreement.  (Note: NAHB username and password may be required to view documents.)
