TBA’s Developers Council is an active advocate for and vocal supporter of the residential development community. The Council monitors legislative and regulatory actions as they relate to land, construction and development issues, making the membership aware of issues as they arise, and the impacts these actions could have on the future of development in Hampton Roads.

Membership in TBA is required.

The Developers Council meets on an as needed basis to address issues that arise.
