Napolitano is the chairman of Pembroke Enterprises and Napolitano Homes. He was the 1961 president of TBA, the 1967 president of the Home Builders Association of Virginia, and the 1982 president of the National Association of Home Builders. In 1988, Napolitano was inducted into the NAHB National Hall of Fame.

During his terms as NAHB president, he spent much of his time in Washington working closely with President Reagan and Congress in helping to solve the nation’s home building problems.

Napolitano has dedicated countless hours of service to numerous boards and advisory councils, among them the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, the Federal National Mortgage Association Board, and the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Industrial Development Services Advisory Board.

He and his wife, Jacqueline, were recently named the newest Founding Advocates of the National Housing Endowment, an exclusive group of donors committed to the leadership and growth of the philanthropic arm of NAHB. Napolitano also serves as a member of the endowment’s board of trustees.

The Stanley Awards are named for Tidewater Builders Association’s first president, Stanley Waranch and honor excellence in the local building industry. This year, awards in 35 categories, encompassing all aspects of home building and remodeling, will be presented. In addition, the 2005 Homearama People’s Choice Awards will be presented.
